Trina's Wellness Journey
Welcome to Body Balance Massage Therapy & Aesthetics, located inside her new spa called, Coastal Bliss Wellness Spa, in Seal Beach, CA.
Trina Physick is educated with a bachelors degree in Family and Consumer Science from CSU Sacramento. Her concentration was in nutrition and foods. She later became a specialist in detoxification and food intolerance studies.
Since then, her mission has been to address the body as a whole and not just the digestive system, leading her to continue her studies as a licensed massage therapist and esthetician.
After 20 years of education and experience, Trina brings to you total wellness inside and out with a wide variety of services, not just from her, but the spa professionals she brings into her new spa, Coastal Bliss Wellness Spa.
Trina's long time passion of total wellness care has gained the popularity of Seal Beach for 10+ years. Each year she expands and bring the community more ways to achieve their wellness needs.
With Trina, you are not just getting a massage or a facial, you are getting an education and an experience that will eventually bring you to becoming one of her many long time clients.
